
Par Tea Time
- 2oz Hardhide Ponchatoula Strawberry Whiskey
- 1.5oz iced green tea
- .5oz lemon juice
- Sparkling water
Combine the whiskey, tea, and lemon juice in a collins glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry half and a lemon peel.

Later Gator
- 1oz Hardhide Ponchatoula Strawberry Whiskey
- .5oz triple sec
- .5oz lime juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill the tin 3/4 of the way with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a shot glass.

Lip Service
- 1oz Hardhide Ponchatoula Strawberry Whiskey
- 1oz creme de cacao
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill the tin 3/4 of the way with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a shot glass. Garnish with finely grated chocolate.

Hardhide Smash
- 2oz Hardhide Ponchatoula Strawberry Whiskey
- .5oz simple syrup
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1 strawberry
- 4 Basil leaves
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill the tin 3/4 of the way with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice. Garnish with a sprig of basil.

After Dark
- 2oz Hardhide Ponchatoula Strawberry Whiskey
- 1oz amaro (we used Cynar)
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass 3/4 of the way with ice. Stir with a cocktail spoon for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe using a julep strainer. Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
